At the annual meeting of the Delaware County Agricultural Society members voted to change 3 bylaws. Those bylaws are:
One increases the size of the fair board from 18 to 21. Current president Al Myers will appoint 1 additional director for a 1 year term; 1 additional director for a 2 year term; and 1 additional director for a 3 year term. This will increase the number of directors elected each year to 7.
Two increases the quorum from 10 members to 11 members.
Three adds to the bylaws the ability of the Society to authorize the sale of alcohol as it has been doing. This addition was a requirement due to changes by the Auditor of the State of Ohio.
