Hall of Fame driver John Campbell won his seventh $1 million Meadowlands Pace as Mach Three tied The Meadowlands track record for three-year-old pacers in cruising to victory in 1:49. The time also shattered the stakes record of 1:49.3. Red River Hanover, who won the $1 Million North America Cup but failed to qualify for the Meadowlands Pace Final, captured the $100,000 Meadowlands Pace Consolation in 1:50.4.

The old stakes record was shared by Real Desire and The Panderosa, both of whom were driven by Campbell. Mach Three reached the finish line 1 1/2 lengths in front of second-choice McArdle. Allamerican Ingot finished third.
Mach Three is a son of Matts Scooter, owned by John Muscara of Huntington Valley, Pa., and trained by Bill Robinson. The colt has won 7 of 9 starts this season and has a career bankroll of $1,970,803.
Red River Hanover posted his 7th win in 10 starts this season in defeating Up Front Western and Third Straight.

At Pocono Downs, Little Brown Jug hopeful Soho won the fastest division of the $63,000 Reynolds Memorial in 1:52. Other Reynolds winners were Michael's Western in 1:53.2 and Star Role in 1:53.1

The Road to the Little Brown Jug continues Saturday, July 27, with $45,000 eliminations of the Art Rooney Memorial at Yonkers Raceway and $35,000 eliminations for the American-National at Balmoral.
