136 Fillies Eligible To 2005 Jugette

A total of 136 three-year-old fillies, including 2004 Dan Patch champion Restive Hanover and runner-up Cabrini Hanover, are eligible to race in the $350,000-est. Jugette 3YO Filly Pace on Wednesday, September 21 at the Delaware, Ohio County Fair. This represents an increase of 19 fillies from 2004.

Restive Hanover, who was voted 2004's 2YO filly champion by the U.S. Harness Writers Association after winning the Breeders Crown, will not race this year until at least late August as a result of a knee injury. Erv Miller is the trainer.

Cabrini Hanover, runner-up to Restive Hanover, is the highest ranked filly on Stan Bergstein's preseason Experimental Ratings. Cabrini Hanover, who is ranked 13th in the poll, won five of seven starts at two, raced in 1:51 and earned $377,350 for trainer Jimmy Takter.

Other top three-year-old fillies expected to compete in the Jugette include Just Wait Kate, The Real Ideal and Up Front Norma.
