"Our first wagering pool follows the $1.5-million North America Cup which will be raced Saturday, June 18," said Phil Terry, director of marketing for the Delaware, Ohio County Fair. "Fifteen of the starters in this weekend's three North America Cup eliminations are eligible to our 60th Little Brown Jug."

Jug eligibles in the first elim are I Zee, Tidewater, Village Jolt and With Anticipation. Second elim Jug hopefuls are Rocknroll Hanover, Kansas City Spur, Michaels Marvel, Load The Dice, Leading X Ample and Lis Mara. The third elimination Jug eligibles are P Forty Seven, Hes A Nice Guy, Stonebridge Regal, Beretta Hall and Cam's Fool.

The future Jug wager allows racing fans to bet early on all three-year-olds who are eligible to the Little Brown Jug. The minimum bet is $2.00 and all future Jug wagers are for "win" only.

Last year's Jug winner Timesareachanging was the 10th choice at 17-1 in the first pool; third choice at odds of 9-1 in the second pool; and the 3-1 favorite in pool 3.

There will be three separate betting pools leading up to the September 22nd race. The second future pool will be the weekend after the Meadowlands Pace (July 21-24); and the third will be the weekend following the Adios Pace (August 18-21).

The winner of each pool will be determined by the official first place finisher in the Little Brown Jug Final.
