Delaware, OH--Stablemates Rocknroll Hanover, Village Jolt and Cam's Fool are among the top five morning line favorites for the third Little Brown Jug future wagering pool which will get underway at noon Thursday, August 18. Future wagering will be offered for a period of four days, through Sunday, August 21 at racetracks and internet sites throughout the United States and Canada.

The future wager allows fans to bet early on all three-year-olds who are eligible to the Little Brown Jug. The minimum bet is $2.00 and all future wagers are win only. The 60th Little Brown Jug will be raced Thursday afternoon, September 22 at the Delaware, Ohio County Fair.

A total of 23 colts and geldings were selected by a panel of racing analysts and each colt was assigned odds based on the selection order. All other three-year-olds are packaged together into one field wager. The field will open at (5-1) odds. Every three-year-old colt in North America is included in the field because if a colt wins the first of leg of the Triple Crown, the Cane Pace at Freehold on September 5, he can be supplemented into the Little Brown Jug.

Rocknroll Hanover, one of three Jug contenders trained by Brett Pelling, is listed at (3-1) odds. Pelling also trains Village Jolt and Cam's Fool. Rocknroll won both $1,500,000 (C) North America Cup and $1,000,000 Meadowlands Pace. Rocknroll Hanover lost his last outing, a division of the Holmes Pace, to American Ideal in a near World Record 1:48.1. Village Jolt, the 2004 juvenile champion, has three wins in eight starts, earnings of $461,075 ($1,379,652 lifetime) with a record of 1:51.1 made as a two-year-old.
