Important Notification From The Commissioner

In accordance with the Contest Rules of the Little Brown Jug Fantasy Stable, the Cane Pace elimination scheduled for Saturday, August 26, has been removed from the race schedule.  Fantasy stables will not generate points from horses competing in the elimination.

The decision to remove the Cane Pace elimination from the contest was made due to the fact that Total Truth and Feelin Friskie have received byes into the Cane Pace Final and will not compete in the elimination.  This is the first year byes have been allowed under conditions of the Cane Pace.

Players may make up to five changes in their stable rosters now through Tuesday, August 29.

The next scheduled contest is the Cane Pace Final, scheduled for Monday afternoon, September 4.   Then the only other contest races before the Little Brown Jug are the Simcoe and Jug Preview, both of which are scheduled for September 9,

Please note the following changes for the activation period for the Simcoe and Jug Preview.  Activation can take place from shortly after the results of the Cane Pace Final are made official on September 4 until 9 a.m. on Tuesday, September 5.  Check the web site and as soon as the scores have been updated, the activation period will begin. (In accordance with the conditions of the contest, the activation period for each race must close before the entry box closes.  The entry box for the Simcoe closes at 9 a.m. Tuesday, September 5, and the box for the Jug Preview closes on Wednesday, September 6.)

The second draft period, which allows players to delete and add horses to their stables, begins on Sunday, September 10, and closes at midnight on September 14.
