For The Little Brown Jug —-

The final of the 2021 Miss Versatility for trotting mares will be raced on Little Brown Jug Day, Thursday, September 23 at the Delaware County Fair, Delaware Ohio. The purse will be $116,500 and there is no entry fee for the final.

Entries will be taken at the Delaware County Fair racing office; electronically or by phone at (740) 363-6000. The condition sheet is available on the internet.

The stakes conditions state;

The number drawn into the final will be however many may be on the gate, which is eight.

To be guaranteed eligibility to race in the final a horse must have start credits in no less than half (50% or 3) of the (6) preliminary legs.

In the event that the number of horses eligible as provided in these conditions declared into any final exceeds the maximum number specified by these conditions, a point system based on the official order of finish in the legs will determine preference for the Final.

The point leader(s) at the time of the draw for the final shall draw from post positions 1-6.
